How do
I find solutions? |
There a few options in finding a
solution -
1. You can browse solutions by clicking one of the categories
on the left menu.
2. You can use the solution search bar and search by keyword,
location or price, or
3. For a more refined search, you can use the Solution
Finder for more specific results. |

How
do I book a solution? |
| Once you have selected a solution you want, click
on "book". Then go through the easy to follow booking
process. You will be asked to confirm your booking and payment
details then click "purchase". A confirmation page
will appear and you will also receive an email which includes
information about your solution. |

| What methods
of payment are accepted? |
| All payments are made by Credit card (we accept
Visa, Mastercard). All prices quoted are in AUSTRALIAN dollars. |

| How do
I confirm that I have been booked? |
| Once you have gone through the easy to follow
booking process. A confirmation page will appear and you will
also receive a email including information about your solution
and contact details. |

| How do
I subscribe to your newsletter? |
| Simply type in your name and email on the newsletter
section and click submit. You will automatically receive up-to-date
information and specials from IIMMERSE. |

| How do
I unsubscribe to your newsletter? |
| To unsubscribe, log in to your account details,
select 'No' in the subscribe to our newsleter section, and click
"update details". |

| Often will I
recieve it? |
| IIMMERSE Newsletters are sent out MONTHLY. Some
communication on special deals and limited opportunities may
be sent out if applicable. |

| Is the solution
transferrable to another person? |
| In most cases the solution you booked is transferrable
unless otherwise specified by the supplier. |

| What will I get
after I book? |
| You will also receive an email including
information about your solution and contact details. |

| What do I need
to bring to the event I have booked for? |
| For more details on what you need to bring, please
read the Solution Description. Information about the event and
contact details will be sent to you via email once you have
booked. |

| What happens
if there is not enough availability for the solution on the
date I selected? |
| If you are making group booking of 3 or more
people and there isn’t enough availability, please let
us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

| What happens
if I need to reschedule my booking? |
| If for any reason you need to re-schedule your
booking, you will need to contact the supplier immediately who
will do their best to make alternative arrangements. Their contact
detail will be included in the confirmation email when you book.

| Sometimes, Why
can't I access the IIMMERSE website? |
| It's always good to double check that you haven't
lost your connection to the internet. Check that you have typed
in the correct website address www.iimmerse.com.au or www.iimmerse.com.
In most cases the IIMMERSE website is accessible and designed
to work with most web browsers including Internet Explorer and
Firefox. We are always improving our website to ensure that
it is compatible with other browsers and previous operating
systems. |

| Is your site
secure to make an on-line payment? |
| It is our priority to protect personal information
and make your online transaction experience with us as safe
as possible. We implement Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) - a software
designed to encrypt personal information such as your credit
card details and prevent malicious use of unauthorised individuals.

| I haven't received
an booking confirmation email yet - When will I get it? |
| Once you have booked. An email will be sent automatically
and you should receive it immediately once the payment has been
processed. Check your email security settings, some legitimate
emails may be wrongly classified as junk or spam email. If you
use a spam filter, please be sure to set up solutions@iimmerse.com.au
as a legitimate sender. Check your anti-spam folder, junk mail
and deleted items to see if the email was redirected there.
If the email is still missing, you can contact us and we will
resend the email to you. Email us quoting your Order Reference
Number at solutions@iimmerse.com.au |

| How do I guarantee
the I will get the most out of the solution I booked? |
| Read the information on the solution which is
available on the description page or on the email that is sent
to you when you book. The description page will give you the
details you will need to know to help you prepare for the event.
It is also good to think about what you would like to get out
of the solution you booked prior to attending it.

| The supplier
is selling the same solution at a lesser price. Does IIMMERSE
match the price? |
| If you find exactly the same solution at RRP
being advertised by the supplier for a lesser price than what's
on IIMMERSE, just let us know and we will gladly match the price
or even beat the deal. |

| What if I change
my mind? |
Once you have booked in a solution and you
change you mind we will gladly exchange your solution for
a value of equivalent or more. If you choose a solution of
lesser value then the difference will be given to you as an
IIMMERSE credit voucher. If you select a solution that is
of a greater value, you will be required to pay us the dollar
amount difference. This is however subject to availability;
we are unable to offer any guarantees for the solution you
select in exchange for the previous one.
Note: An administration fee may be charged for the change.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
There will be absolutely no refunds or exchanges if you decide
to change your mind within 7 days prior to the event.

| What if I can't
attend the solution I have booked in for? |
If for any reason you are unable to attend the
solution on the confirmed date and time you booked in for, you
need to immediately contact the supplier who will do their best
to reschedule for you to attend another event. This is subject
to availability. IIMMERSE will not accept responsibility for
any refunds or exchanges should you be unable to attend the
rescheduled event. |

| What if the
solution I booked for is rescheduled or cancelled by the solution
provider? |
| In the case of the solution being rescheduled
or cancelled due unsuitable conditions, mechanical failure etc.
The solution provider will contact you and may reschedule the
event date. They will make an arrangement and/or organise a
suitable date with you. |
