The following steps outlines the Coaching Process:

• Step One: Completion of the online Career Report
• Step Two: Completion of the Career Directions Journal
• Step Three: Completion of the Careers Values Assessment Profile and the Career Values Matrix
• Step Four: Meet (either face-to-face or via webcam/Skype) to discuss the assessments and your career options over a 1.5 -hour session
• Step Five: Create your Career Action Plan to enable you to move forward
• Step Six: Enrol and complete our 8-week 'Conquering the Hidden Job Market' e-course
