By booking your solution/s or purchasing products from IIMMERSE, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. IIMMERSE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to implement modifications, alterations or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Booking and Availability

IIMMERSE can make no guarantee that a particular date or venue will be available or that it will not be withdrawn by the supplier or presenters due mechanical breakdown or illness or if minimum participant numbers are not met. IIMMERSE reserves the right to make substitutions or cancel on the day and we will use reasonable means to contact you to organise an alternative date for the solution you wish to attend. If there is no further availability or you are not able to participate on the alternative date due to the circumstances mentioned above, a full refund will be offered.

It is recommended that you reconfirm your booking arrangements with the supplier at least 7 days prior to the event.

If you agree to participate at the alternative date but fail to attend the event, you will not be entitled for a refund. If you are unable to attend this alternative date, you will be entitled to a refund ONLY if you contact us seven days prior the alternative date.

Changes to Booking by the Purchaser

If you are unable to participate in the solution or attend the event on the confirmed date and time you selected you need to immediately contact the supplier who will do their best to arrange an alternative date and time with you. If you agree to participate at the alternative date but fail to attend the solution or event, you will not be entitled for a refund, exchange or credit. Any changes to bookings or refunds are solely in the supplier's discretion in relation to either these circumstances.

Suppliers may charge a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your booking. In some instances, the supplier may charge up to a 100% cancellation fee. In addition we will charge a 10% administration fee (with a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $100).

IIMMERSE does not accept re-bookings or cancellations within 7 business days of a booked solution. Cancellation policies vary from supplier to supplier.

Refunds

A refund will only be provided within 30 days of us in agreeing with you and that you have come across the absolute circumstance that the solution is significantly different from that described on our website, www.iimmerse.com.au and all of the other domain names we hold or if the solution is not satisfactory quality. Please be advised that a 10% administration fee will be charged on all refund transactions (with a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $100). We will absolutely not provide any refund under any other circumstances apart from conditions mentioned above

All refunds will be made to the person who booked the solution. If the payment was made by credit card or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used to purchase the solution.

Venue and Alternative Solutions

We are always adding solutions to the locations we offer and where possible we aim to accommodate your solutions at your chosen venue, but occasionally a supplier may need to withdraw venues for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen venue is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible or you may opt to choose a different solution with a different solution supplier.

Should you choose a solution that is of a greater value than that of the solution you initially booked, you will be required to pay us the difference in value between the two solutions. If your chosen solution is lower in price than the original amount, the balance will be held in credit for you to use against any future purchase. Your new solution and any remaining credit will be valid for up to 12 months. Please note that any credit balance held is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

Any exchange we provide is subject to the availability of another solution and is not guaranteed. Each supplier has their own terms and conditions and your participation are conditional on your acceptance of these.

Supplier's terms and conditions

Once you have made a booking for any solution provided by a supplier you become subject to that supplier’s business terms and conditions. We encourage you to contact the supplier directly if you have any questions or enquiries with regards to the terms and conditions that governs the specific solution you wish to be provided with.

IIMMERSE acts as a booking agent only for suppliers and does not provide the actual personal development solution to customers. IIMMERSE takes no responsibility or representation or warranty with regards to the standard of any of the solutions or events provided by third party providers. Please note that it is beyond our control on how any third party supplier operates their solutions.

Early Bird and Last minute Deals

From time to time some Early Bird or Last Minute special deals for solutions or events at special prices are made available on our website. Bookings for these special deals can be made once the solution is listed on the website. Once you have made a booking for these special deals, you will receive the necessary details from us via email. Please note that some of these are limited offers and unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the seating availability and can not give any extensions for the deal once the offer expires after a specified date.

Transfers

Generally solutions, once booked, are non-transferable. A solution can only be transferred to another third party supplier with our sole discretion. If you would like to a transfer an IIMMERSE solution to another third party solution, you must contact us as soon as possible at least two weeks prior to the event. You must provide details of the solution and third party supplier you wish to transfer to. Please note that this is subject to availability. There will be absolutely no refunds if you change your mind within 14 days before the event. An administration fee of $25.00 plus GST will be charged for the transfer.

Duration of Solutions

The duration of a solution or event listed on IIMMERSE are approximate and may vary from location to location. Unless stated otherwise, the information of solutions provided on the website www.iimmerse.com.au and other domain names held by us are intended only as a guide and may change to suit the suppliers’ operating requirements.

Solution Description

The solution description provided on our website is correct at the time of listing. We do our best to ensure that the listing information we provide is up-to-date and accurate. However, the content or format of solutions may change or be updated over time without notice.

These services are provided by the supplier, who is solely responsible for the provision of the solutions. We will not be held responsible for the actual conduct of any of the solutions or events which provided by the supplier.

Requirements and Restrictions

Some solutions may be subject to health, minimum age and competency, we are always concerned about the safety of our customers and therefore restrictions need to be put in place. Suppliers may impose additional requirements and restrictions with regards to age, health and competency.

We recommend that you read the solution or event description carefully to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements for participating in a solution or attending an event before you make a booking. When you make a booking, the full details are included in your confirmation email and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it. Please notify us within 7 days if the solution or event is unsuitable for you or the person you have booked for. Please note that you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements have not been met.

Some suppliers, prior to participating in solution or attending an event may require you to sign a disclaimer of liability for damage, risk, personal injury or may request you to produce a medical certificate or to complete a medical questionnaire. The supplier will notify you should you need to perform such act or for further clarification.

Complaints

If you have an issue or complaint on the day of the event, please bring it to the attention of the host, staff or event manager at the earliest opportunity on the day, so they have a chance to resolve the issue. We consider it unreasonable if you take no action during an event, we will not provide any exchange, refund or credit.

Insurance

The solutions or events listed on our website may involve an element of risk which means that they are potentially harmful, psychologically or physically and your purchase of the solution is in the acknowledgement of this. You should be aware of this fact prior to booking your solution. We have no influence on how our suppliers operate the solution or event. As part of our requirement that all suppliers must have current public liability and/or third party insurance and be compliance with all necessary health and safety requirements, you should make independent enquiries with the supplier and third-party providers as to the need to acquire your own personal insurance or travel insurance cover.

Please be advised that if you are under the age of 18, you may need to have a parent or guardian sign the supplier's disclaimer or acknowledgement of risk on your behalf.

Whist we take considerable care to ensure that content of this site is correct and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that all the content on the website and information provided by the supplier is accurate. As a user of our website you should use your own discretion with regards to the accuracy and integrity of any information, opinion, recommendation or other information provided on this website.

Limitation of liability

By using any of the services and information provided on this website, you acknowledge that IIMMERSE acts as booking agent for the supplier. IIMMERSE is not the actual provider of the solution, events or activities. IIMMERSE will not be liable for any inconvenience caused or expense incurred or for indirect, special or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this agreement even if IIMMERSE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We will not be held responsible for the delivery or management of any of the solutions or events we promote. The solutions or events are managed and operated by third party suppliers. As a result IIMMERSE disclaims all liability in respect of unsatisfactory, faulty or non-performance by any supplier nor for any errors, unauthorized access to your personal information or inaccuracies in information supplied by third parties.

We do not accept any liability in respect of any deliberate or negligent misconducts resulting in accidental injury, death, financial loss, personal loss or property damage or claim whether incidental, consequential or direct that arises in connection with any of the supplied solutions or events.

Every customer who registers with IIMMERSE must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity. IIMMERSE reserves the right to immediately delete a customer account if the customer is found to be less than 18 years of age or lacking legal capacity.

Every customer agrees that no legal action will be initiated by it against IIMMERSE, its clients, its agents, employees, instructors, and/or personnel, due to any accident or injury sustained whilst participating in solutions or events booked through IIMMERSE.

Privacy policy

IIMMERSE may use cookies and/or other technological means to collect information about customers. This information will be to understand general viewing trends.

IIMMERSE agrees not to disclose any customer information to other third party marketing or email lists that are not associated with the IIMMERSE business. During the booking process we will request you to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, date of birth contact numbers and email. The details we obtain will be sent to the supplier of the solution or event you have booked for in order for the supplier to register the applicant/s to attend their service. Also, any information collected by IIMMERSE will be treated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will remain in IIMMERSE unless legal written permission has been given by the customer.

Once a booking is made, the customer’s information will be sent to the an IIMMERSE supplier and will not deliberately be disclosed to any other third party individual or organization (unless it receives a Court order or warrant that requires it to do so or it receives the customer’s written consent).

IIMMERSE will store customers’ personal information in securitized formats using appropriate security technology (such as encryption) and ensure that customers’ personalinformation will not be handled or stored in any way that compromises privacy.

Background

IIMMERSE operates a website, www.iimmerse.com.au that publicises solutions (such as seminars, workshops, conferences and courses) to members of the public. As part of its business, IIMMERSE promotes different types of solutions, provided by various suppliers.

At present, IIMMERSE’s online business is primarily carried on through its website located at www.iimmerse.com.au. In the future, however, IIMMERSE’s business may extend its operation to other domain names that are wholly owned and operated by IIMMERSE.

Content and Images

Some of the photographs or images we use are of the actual solution or events provided to us by our third party suppliers. These photographs and images must be used as an indication only. The inclusion of such photograph and/or images does not mean that we warrant in any way that each solution or event will be exact or include any or all of the features portrayed in the photograph and/or image.

The content used on our websites including text, reviews, testimonies, articles, photographs, images, video, audio recordings, tools and layout is subject to the copyright of IIMMERSE Pty. Ltd. and must not be duplicated, reproduced or copied in whole or in part (including material that is, copyright, trademarks, logos, service names, trade names, images etc.) or otherwise incorporate it into any publications, websites, electronic retrieval systems or other work in any form or provide links to our website from any other websites without a written permission from IIMMERSE Pty Ltd.

Disclaimers and Changes

You expressly understand and agree that:
